Rates include utilities, cable TV, and wireless internet access.
Complimentary Sunday brunch at the 5th Ave Cafe with weekend stays only.
(Sunday brunch served from 10:00am to 3:00pm.)
Please note the following policies for all guests:
- Check In: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
- NO SMOKING.
- Pet Friendly! (Fee and some restrictions apply)
- Non-season rates MAY NOT include utilities.
- 11% State and local taxes will be added to rates quoted.
- 3-night minimum for festival weekends.

Rates based on double occupancy. Additional person in room, add $35.00.
Reservations are confirmed when a deposit has been received. The equivalent to one night's stay or 50% of the bill is required as a deposit, with the balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance to receive a deposit refund. There will be a $25.00 handling fee made with any cancellation.

If less than 14 days is given for a cancellation, we will refund the deposit only if we are able to re-rent the cottage.
Pet Owner Policies
- $30 Fee Per Pet
- Please keep your dogs leashed at all times when walking them outside and always clean up after them.
- Do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds unless covered with your own bedding.
- Be aware of, and comply with, local regulations and bylaws. The City of Mount Dora does have a “Bark” law and you will be responsible for the fine if your pet does not comply.
- Leave your accommodations in the condition you found it. If your pet should damage the property, furniture or linens, you will be responsible for payment of repairs.
